Diving in Galapagos captures the imagination like nowhere else. The Galapagos Marine reserve is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and subject to the strictest protection, divers can find huge schools of scalloped hammerheads, silky sharks, manta rays, and of course whale sharks.

January 2020 was the embarkment of finally being able to do my Padi open water course. Amazed that it was in the Galapagos. These guys (e.g. Freddy, Jimbo, Antonie, Jonathan, Lenny, etc.) were great. Always happy, friendly, funny, and made every dive an experience providing all the service you could ask for and good lunch. During my course, I basically had private lessons, very privileged. Furthermore, safety is really well looked after.
They do not only show you the big stuff (different types of sharks, turtles, rays) but they also have eye for the smaller species of wildlife. During the dive videos and pictures are taken which you can get afterwards.
I cannot recommend these guys higher, ace plus! My experience with other dive schools around the Galapagos has been quite different.
Hope I will ever be able to go out with them again.

I visited Galapagos with the intention of going diving. I have my advanced open water cert however my girlfriend had 0 dives. After speaking with the crew at Shark Bay they assured me the locations they were bringing us were suitable for beginner divers. The staff Freddie, Anthony and Jonothan were very friendly and patient making it a great experience for my girlfriend 's first dives, which we saw schools of hammerheads on which was awesome! I highly recommend Shark Bay they are very accommodating and professional.

Freddy, Jonathan and the team at Shark Bay run an amazing diver centre. Their attention to detail and safety is very impressive. My partner and I dove Gordon's Rock with them and their service and preparation was perfect. Their safety briefing covered everything and they made sure that everyone diving was well prepared. Their equipment is really good and they put on great snacks and lunch. Everything is organised for you, just show up and have a fantastic time!
